I love zbrush, It's a hoot.    Was that using the Dontiq?

Drewid  Thanks, yeah, it was on the dontiq.  This sculpt isn't complete - I managed it in about 2 1/2 hrs (the challenge allowed for 4 max).  Using the dontiq a lot more now.  Thinking of doing an intuos 3 design loike wei's (Dontiq II) but I'm yet to decide.

Switz  Choppy?

I mean more towards the right side of the mouth.  Black-->Red is a bit choppy

That's just the way ZBrush renders it's models.  I'm sure the mesh is fine ;D

Hehe, it's only a screen grab and only has 7 subdivisions  :).  If you look at the actual challenge thread, there are some really incredible screen grabs there.

according to the text in the thread -- this was actually a contest and time was limited to 4 hours.

Once you get past the learning curve cliff zbrush is pretty quick.
