Title: successful builds assistance
Post by: Aerendraca on November 06, 2014, 09:03:19 AM
Dabotz highlighted to me that I hadn't been doing my admin role very well by pointing out a successful build that hadn't been moved to the area of the board of the same name. I've since moved the one pointed out and some others but if there's any I've missed pleased let me know!

It was easy to miss... that build started with a "smallish", jittery CCFL TN screen, finally moved on to a NON-jittery IPS LED screen - but the builder never posted a photo of the final assembly.

Probably because it worked well enough as it was, without a real need to build a dedicated case... but, if the informations he gave about its jitterlesness are accurate (jitter is somewhat subjective...I've seen videos with people lamenting for their jitter, that I woul hardly notice), it was (is?) a more successful build than my own UbiQ - and God knows I use my build to draw every day.

Other ones that omitted to send pictures of the enclosure, but the match between panel-tablet and shielding worked reportedly well ...

I've moved the Mystiq build, but I think the Wolftiq could still be in progress since it was only started in July and sewje mentions starting work on building a case.
