Title: Apologies for occasional flakiness of forum
Post by: Drewid on December 05, 2006, 11:30:24 AM

We're having teething troubles with the server and (possibly) my ham fingers.

Superadmin Adam is trying to track down the cause using the power of haggis.

Please be patient while we get to the bottom of it.

Captain Haggis 4 teh win.

It's a PHP thing, (poor default settings), we've increased allowable RAM allocation which should fix it.
We'll be keeping an eye on it.

We lost a few accounts during a clean down.     Apologies to everyone affected, I can't get toi the backups directly myself, so the best thing to do would be to register again using the same name.  It works but you lose your post count. (sorry about that).

Hi Drew I've been desperately searching and trying to figure out if there is something wrong with my account.... I can't post a forum topic, or private message anyone? I wanted to start up my own Build log and can only reply to other peoples posts.

Hi Candyman,
I'd reckon you read this:

And for the PMs, maybe my suggestion got accepted and the same 3 Posts rule is now active for the PMs as well.
