Well then, definitely get the monitor through someone who has a lot of good feedback. Some of the monitors listed on Ebay that I saw didn't list too much info, which made me suspiscious. There were 2 that did though, but they were both by the same person.

Oh for sure.  Buyer beware with anything not new on ebay.

No worries, I'm using all new stuff, I bought a new Wacom 12" x 19" on a ebay store for a good deal and I'll buy the monitor from my local store.
It will still cost less than half of a new Cintiq
My plan is to embed it into my graphic drawing table and use it mainly for animation.
I am also planning to do a video of the build so you can see at what point I screw up. lol

Go big or go home. lol

I did see Rumi's build, thanks for mentioning it anyway. I agree with him about the 9" x 12" being a big enough size when rotating the animation disc around and it makes for a perfect 1:1 of a 12 field but I am using Toon Boom and you can do that in the application.
As for the video I will edit it, take all the ranting and cursing out. lol

Ooops, the Viewsonic I was looking at is the ViewSonic VX2240w Contrast Ratio: Static 1000:1, Dynamic 4000:1, Brightness: 300 cd/m², Response Time: 2 ms, Display Area: 18.7" x 11.7".
Still my number 1 pick.

Hi guys, so...
So anyway... i think i might post a build log soon, but not whit the viewsonic... u guys scared me whit that braking thing so il make a 15" inch 1st... Tongue
I ebay'ed a intuos 12x12 and a dell 1503fp (the almost foolprof right? Smiley ) I tell you... the shipping to my country is not cheap  Undecided and only 1 out 10 deals actually ship to my country (thats if i'm lucky)  Angry

So i got the Monitor for like 41USD but payed additional 90USD for the shipping...
And i know i got the wacom for 220USD. I think the shipping was somewhere around 50USD... since these deals are rare for me i cant be picky...

The monitor has a 1/4" scratch on the screen, but i think its only on the front. And it also does not have any cables.
So i like was wondering do you guys know what kinda power connector do i need to get... Tongue  i know its somewhere around the forum here... or i could google it... but im to lazy at the moment Tongue if il need il do it when il get the monitor... but if someone knows it from the top of there head please be welcome to fill me in Smiley
And i wanted to know is there any way to shrink the image on a lcd like on crt's... i don't know how to explain... u know to bring in the border so to say... Smiley maybe someone knows what i mean Tongue

Anyway thats all for now. Thanks to anyone who responds to this in a helpfull or humorous way.
And Happy Easter.
