I bought one of those for $35 on ebay. The case was a little beat up, but it still worked perfectly. $350 sounds pretty exorbitant to me. I wouldn't pay half that.

Found two more good deals, a 17" and a 15" Cintiq, each for $1,000 USD. One seller also has a bunch of 21ux Cintiqs for only $1,800 each.

Also, a guy has a few UD-12-12-r tablets up for sale with BuyItNow prices of $35. Only $10 shipping too. There's no pens, power supplies, or cables though, which will easily cost you another $100 to buy the set new.
