I have a UD-1212-R, and I need the power cable and pen for it (I've already got the serial cable). Do you guys know if they are compatible? If so, I'm totally up for buying it.

Also yeah, where are you located?

Yup, the 12 and the 18 both use the same cable and stuff. I swap 'em back and forth all the time.

Shouldn't be hard to find an adapter for it though. Seriously you use almost any adapter that has the same voltage and go with it. If the plug doesn't fit, or if the polarity is different, you could just cut off the adapter's plug and wire it in that way.

Just a thought.

Yeah, it is.

Also, I opened up an old router, took out the dc plug which had a convenient small extension.  Could just switch the pos/neg to get neg center.
Its 9-12 Volts neg center.

Or, if you live in the USA

Thanks to Andre's brilliant suggestion, I managed to find a perfect match for the Wacom in regards to a power supply. Stole them off my old speakers that I don't even look at anymore. Even the color matches! How perfect.

So now I just need the pen. Any prices listed?

I stole one off of my portable home phone charger.  Pssshhhh, who needs a phone when you can send hand-written e-mails.  But then I bought a 1218 that came with one Smiley

Isn't "hand-written e-mails" an oxymoron? Either way, I agree.  Grin
