Hello,

As I get myself ready to start my first build, I got my hands on a cheap A4+ Intuos2 (12x12) and currently on the way by mail.

So first question, which monitor, size and ratio should I get ?

Maybe a laptop 16:10 15,4" which has 12,32x9,24 ?

Any help welcome Smiley

Hello tirshea

12x12 is 1:1 (square) -- the closest ratio is 4:3 (i.e. not widescreen). So that would mean 9x12 or 15 inches diagonal (non-widescreen) -- or less.

Is your intuos2 a serial one or usb one? (what is the model number)?

It is a serial model, I've been waiting for over a week to get my serial-to-usb adapter so I couldn't test it yet Sad

I fetched a 15" 5:4 screen at work, seems fine but I need to jitter-test it, again waiting for the damn' adapter...
