Hope this is first successful build on 15" retina wacom tablet.
It's completed! Yeah!
Let me start my build log.
Here comes the longer eDP cable.
See? it's longer than original eDP cable.

This is test with new eDP cable.
It works well

I desoldered every small LED lights on the tablet, since it would be trouble when I attach the display module.
Though they are soooo small, it would be better to remove them.

I cut the rip on the top cover to have enough space for the board on LCD.

I used dremel to coup(?) more.

A hole for the eDP cable.

Shows the usage of the hole.

Screw holes for the display board.

This board is no more available... I am lucky to have this.

Ground points for the board, this will be attached on the metal sheet under the wacom tablet.

Using strong double-sided tape, the display module will be attached on the tablet.

Attach it!

Ground point on the board of the LCD.

Combine the top cover.

And then 0.7mm tempered glass is attached, the glass is already printed on inactive area.
It costs a lot, but it is worthwhile. (around 150$)

Final shot!

More..

The back side, I will make housing for the board later.
