As this build isnt working well with the uSB and even if it was I would still need the serial cable, I decided not to install the Hard Disk Caddy. Plus I have kept it all in the original casing so it wouldnt have worked well.

No need for the fans as I left it on over night to see how much it burnt up and no problems to be honest.

I have a few weird 3 or 5 pixel in length lines at the bottom left of the screen nothing major.

Screen is a little off so not totally straight may become a problem if im trying to do accurate prespective drawings lol.

Currently have no plastic covering on the monitor so using old diffuse panel plastic thingy from mobi, causes weird lines and circles over screen but nothing too bad for a temp.

increasing the refresh rate to 70Hz killed the jitter bug Cheesy no more jitters.

stand works well, and using that wacswitch program works like a charm.

now im gonna see if my artist skills have got any better having severed off fingers and electricuted myself in the process of building this.

Next project is a 19"
and coolest thing is I can plug headphones into my build Cheesy
Yay...

@Mess
I'll just get a normal sheet of plexi I could even use 3mm glass, I have more then enough read height so im not worried about the size, but if the glass is too thick the pointer and the nib of the pen appear slightly off unless viewed directly from behind the pen.

I move around alot while I draw so I would want to avoid the above problem.

p.s. What wacom?.. its a Mobitiq.

man thats a bitch ..

the leds are a great alternative to any backlight if you got backlight issues find a LED strip if not then dont stress.. but dont trust crazy ebay sellers who dont have the shit they selling.

Nice build.  The LED lighting is quite impressive, that may just be an option when I eventually get things together for my build if I end up with jitters or heat issues.
