Is it possible to reattach one edge connector.  How is it done?

Here, the FFC door is broken too, I think I can secure it if I use some electrical tape though  (Big Pics)

No way, I had a look at doing this, and its voodoo magic as I couldnt see how they were fixed in. I even pulled my old LCD all apart looking.


As for the FFC door, I just broke one, but you can tape the FFC in just fine.

Day one of my build. and two five of these guys broke when I was removing the lcd from the monitor.
day one and I guess I am over. I will try to solder it I guess I've never solder anything before in my life and I don't own an iron but I can't give up on the first day.
you don't suppose I could lay it back in place and just hot glue it down and hope the connections hold?
heh? maybe? possibly? kill me now.

The hot glue thing may work. But this was what broke my first monitor. Theres no real way to work it out. Black magic like I said before. Dont let it get you down, I had to buy 2 monitors.
